Position Summary

 Experienced senior Content and SEO lead needed for a full-time working from our Sydney, Barcelona or Manila office,  or remote working from anywhere. Candidate must have 6+ years’ experience in executing successful growth hacking strategies. Exceptional collaboration, listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills required

 This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the Classe365 brand, communication strategy and marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the education market. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Classe365 achieve strong online brand awareness and critical for inbound lead generation engine.

Classe365 has more than 3000 clients in over 87 countries with very strong quarter-over-quarter subscription and revenue growth. 

 

Here’s the to do list:

• Create and execute a content marketing and SEO strategy that drives business results and makes customers keep reading and sharing.

• Improve our content measurement systems and dashboards, constantly analyze results to learn and improve.

• Distribute our content in various channels and work with our Head of Customer Engagement to amplify content in paid channels, where it makes sense.

• Look after our social media marketing and contribute to our community building efforts.

• Contribute to overall marketing planning.

 

Experience and skills we’re looking for:

• Successes you can point to in attracting audiences with content, ideally in B2B setting.

• Ability to write content yourself and lead our newsletter strategy

• Hands-on experience with at least 2 major content types ie. blog articles, video, infographics, ebooks, email courses, etc.

Building relationship with Key Influencers on Twitter, LinkedIn & other source. Infudence them to share our content and product.

• Good knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Moz or the like, keyword research tools, etc.

• Results driven and can show measurable results

• Good at building constructive relationships with colleagues, partners, fellow blogs and agencies.

• Organized and able to keep multiple projects in the air with little management.

• Native or ridiculously fluent English speaker.

• Some sales experience would be a big plus.
